1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Brick Ball Puzzle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the Game and do not use it.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to play Brick Ball Puzzle. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3 License to Play
Venusapps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Brick Ball Puzzle on your own device for entertainment.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game, except where applicable law does not allow us to prohibit that.
Brick Ball Puzzle is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not granted in these Terms stay with Venusapps.
4 The Game
Brick Ball Puzzle is a free brick-breaking game. You aim and launch balls to clear bricks, earn coins, use power-ups, and complete levels. Features include:
- Level play, including a tutorial board and later stages that become more difficult.
- A Daily Challenge generated on your device from the current date. It is not an online multiplayer or ranked event.
- On-board power-ups such as Extra Ball, Multiplier, Laser, and Redirect.
- A shop that uses coins earned in play.
- The option to continue a failed run by spending coins.
- Sound you can mute, haptic feedback, and optional Share and Feedback buttons.
- Banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads on supported devices, as described below.
The Game does not require a login. We may change, add, or remove features — including ad formats or partners — in updates.
5 Advertising
Brick Ball Puzzle is free because it is supported by advertising through Google AdMob and its partners. Ads are requested as non-personalized (not based on cross-app tracking). By playing, you agree that ads may be shown as part of the experience.
Ad types
- Banner ads may appear at the bottom of the screen on menus and other supported screens.
- Interstitial ads may appear after you finish certain levels (not during the first few levels or the Daily Challenge) or when you choose to revive after a game over.
Ads are provided by third parties. We do not control every ad shown and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, though we expect partners to follow applicable policies.
If an option to remove ads is available on your device and enabled, banner and interstitial ads are not shown. See our Privacy Policy for how ad partners may handle data.
We may change when, where, or how often ads appear, or which ad partners are used, in future updates.
6 Progress and Local Data
Scores, level progress, coins, owned power-ups, sound settings, and an unfinished board are saved on your device. There is no player account and no cloud save. Progress does not follow you automatically if you change devices.
The Daily Challenge uses your device’s local calendar date to generate that day’s board. Results are for entertainment on that device only.
If you uninstall the Game, clear app data, change devices, or the save file is damaged, your progress may be lost. We are not required to restore lost local data.
7 Coins, Shop, and Continue
Brick Ball Puzzle is free to play. Coins are earned by destroying bricks and playing the Game. You may spend coins in the shop on Extra Ball, Laser Blast, and Multi Shot, or spend coins to continue after a game over.
Coins and power-ups are virtual gameplay items only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and exist only on your device as part of the Game.
Brick Ball Puzzle does not currently charge real money and does not process payments. We may change coin amounts, shop prices, continue costs, or item effects in updates. Unused coins or items are not refundable in real money because they were never purchased with real money.
8 Player Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- How you use the Game on your device.
- Keeping the Game and your device reasonably up to date.
- Playing in a lawful and fair way.
- Understanding that progress stored only on your device can be lost if the app is removed or reset.
9 Intellectual Property
Brick Ball Puzzle, including its name, logo, artwork, audio, levels, interface, code, and other content, is owned by Venusapps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, or Game assets without written permission, except to describe the Game in a factual way.
10 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
- Cheat, hack, use bots, or otherwise manipulate scores, levels, coins, or power-ups.
- Interfere with the Game’s operation or security.
- Copy, scrape, or extract Game content except as allowed by law.
- Redistribute or sell the Game or its content.
We may stop your use of the Game if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
11 Disclaimer
Brick Ball Puzzle is provided “as is” and “as available” for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, ad-free (except where ads are removed under an applicable option), or compatible with every device.
Scores, coins, levels, Daily Challenge results, and other saved data may be lost because of uninstalls, updates, device changes, or technical issues. Gameplay results are for entertainment only.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venusapps and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of Brick Ball Puzzle.
Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim relating to Brick Ball Puzzle or these Terms shall not exceed USD 50 (or the equivalent in local currency), to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
13 Termination
You may stop using Brick Ball Puzzle at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the Game or these Terms. When your right to use the Game ends, you must stop playing and delete the App from your device.
Sections that should reasonably survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
Subject to those rights, courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or Brick Ball Puzzle.
If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
15 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, uninstall the Game.
