1 Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. Brick Ball Puzzle is built to play on your device without a login and without uploading scores, coins, or level progress to Venusapps.
By downloading or playing Brick Ball Puzzle, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and do not use it.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2 About Brick Ball Puzzle
Brick Ball Puzzle is a free, portrait-orientation brick-breaking game for mobile devices. You aim and launch balls to clear bricks, build combos, collect in-game coins, and move through levels. Gameplay includes:
- A campaign of levels, from a tutorial board through later endless-style stages.
- A Daily Challenge generated on your device from the current calendar date. It does not use an online event server.
- On-board power-ups such as Extra Ball, Multiplier, Laser, and Redirect.
- A local shop where coins earned in play can be spent on Extra Ball, Laser Blast, and Multi Shot.
- An option to continue a failed run by spending coins.
- Sound effects you can mute in Settings, and haptic feedback from your device.
- Optional Share and Feedback buttons on the home screen.
Brick Ball Puzzle does not require an account. The Game is free to play and may show banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads through Google AdMob and its ad partners. It does not include Venusapps-operated analytics, crash-reporting, or social login. The Game does not currently sell in-game items for real money.
3 Information We Do Not Collect
Venusapps does not collect, through the Game, any of the following on our own servers:
- Name, email address, phone number, or other contact details (unless you choose to email us yourself).
- Account credentials, because the Game has no sign-in.
- Precise or approximate location from your device’s GPS.
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files from other apps.
- Payment, billing, or bank details. The Game does not currently process real-money purchases.
- Gameplay scores or progress on Venusapps servers.
Venusapps does not sell personal information. Ad partners may collect device and advertising-related data as described in the Advertising section below.
4 Information Stored on Your Device
To let you continue playing, Brick Ball Puzzle stores game data locally on your device (using the device’s app storage / shared preferences). This may include:
- Best score and current run score.
- Current level, highest unlocked level, remaining balls, and whether a run is in progress.
- A snapshot of the active board so you can tap Continue and resume an unfinished game.
- In-game coins.
- Owned shop power-ups: Extra Ball, Laser Blast, and Multi Shot, plus any pending bonus balls.
- Sound on/off (muted) preference.
- Whether you have taken a first shot, used only to hide on-screen aiming hints.
- Whether ads are removed (premium) on this device, if that option is enabled.
- Internal counters used to decide when full-screen ads may appear between levels.
The Daily Challenge uses your device’s local date to pick that day’s board. That date is not sent to us.
This local data is gameplay state, not an account profile. We cannot see it from our side.
5 How We Use This Information
Local game data is used only to:
- Save and restore progress, score, coins, inventory, and an unfinished run.
- Remember your sound setting and tutorial hint state.
- Operate levels, the Daily Challenge, combos, stars, power-ups, and continue-with-coins.
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or marketing lists, because it stays on your device.
6 Coins, Shop, and Continue
You earn coins by playing. Those coins can be spent in the in-game shop on Extra Ball, Laser Blast, and Multi Shot, or used to continue after a game over.
Coins and power-ups exist only inside Brick Ball Puzzle. They have no real-world money value, cannot be cashed out, and are stored only on your device.
Brick Ball Puzzle does not sell coins or items for real money. There is no checkout and no payment information collected.
7 Sound, Haptics, Share, and Feedback
Sound
The Game plays short sound effects from files bundled in the App. You can turn sound off in Settings. That preference is stored only on your device.
Haptics
The Game may use your device’s haptic / vibration APIs for taps, launches, and similar actions. Haptics are handled by the operating system. We do not receive haptic data.
Share
If you tap Share, your device’s share sheet opens with a short invitation to play Brick Ball Puzzle. We do not receive a copy of who you share with. Sharing is handled by your operating system and the app you choose.
Feedback
If you tap Feedback, your own email app may open addressed to info@venusapps.com. You choose what to write and whether to send it. Your email provider handles that message. We only receive what you send us.
8 Advertising
Brick Ball Puzzle shows ads so the Game can remain free. Ads are provided through Google AdMob and may be filled by Google or by mediation partners such as Unity Ads, InMobi, and Meta Audience Network.
Types of ads
- Banner ads — a small ad shown at the bottom of the screen on supported menus and screens.
- Interstitial ads — full-screen ads that may appear after you finish certain levels (not during the first few levels or the Daily Challenge) or when you choose to revive after a game over.
If ads are removed on your device (premium), banner and interstitial ads are not shown.
Non-personalized ads and tracking
Brick Ball Puzzle requests non-personalized ads only. We do not show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and we do not use the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking. On iOS, ad partners are configured not to use advertiser tracking for personalized ad targeting.
Data collected for ads
When an ad is requested or shown, Google and its partners may still collect or receive limited information such as:
- Device type, operating system version, language, and general network information.
- IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location).
- Ad interaction data, such as impressions and clicks.
- On Android, the advertising ID (GAID) may be used by ad partners for ad delivery and fraud prevention in line with non-personalized ad settings.
This data is used to deliver, measure, and improve ads and prevent fraud. Venusapps does not receive a copy of this ad-partner data for its own use and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Your ad choices
You can limit how ad partners use device advertising settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by device).
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
For more detail, see Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy and Google’s ad partner policies at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
9 App Update Check
On launch, the Game may check whether a newer version is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play. To do this, the App sends a short request over the internet to public store listing pages or Apple’s lookup service. These requests do not include your name, email, gameplay progress, or other personal profile information from Venusapps.
If a newer version is available, you may see a prompt with a link to the store. Opening the store is optional.
10 Third-Party Services
Brick Ball Puzzle uses features and services provided by third parties:
- Google AdMob and ad mediation partners — deliver and measure ads. Their privacy policies govern the data they collect.
- Apple App Store or Google Play — distribute the Game. Their privacy policies apply to store accounts, downloads, and device information they collect.
- Apple iTunes Lookup API / Google Play listing pages — used only to read the current store version number for update prompts.
- Share sheet — if you tap Share, your operating system handles sharing.
- Email app — if you send feedback, your email provider handles that message.
We do not control how these third parties handle information. Please review their policies if you want more detail.
11 Data Storage
Progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a player account, cloud save, or gameplay server for Brick Ball Puzzle.
If you uninstall the Game, clear the app’s data, or reset the device, this local information is deleted and cannot be recovered by us. Progress also does not transfer automatically to a new device.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence only as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete it when it is no longer required.
12 Data Security
Gameplay data is stored on your device. Protection depends largely on your device lock, operating system, and whether others can use the device. We do not transmit gameplay progress to Venusapps servers.
Ad requests are sent over the internet using industry-standard connections managed by Google and its partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
No method of storage is completely secure. Keep your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock where possible.
13 Children's Privacy
Brick Ball Puzzle does not require personal information to play and Venusapps does not knowingly collect personal information from children on its own servers. The Game is casual entertainment and is not directed at children under 13.
Because the Game shows third-party ads, ad partners may collect device and advertising-related information as described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it where required.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us at info@venusapps.com and we will delete it where required.
14 Your Choices and Rights
You can control Game data on your device by:
- Turning sound on or off in Settings.
- Using your device’s ad settings to limit how ad partners use advertising identifiers.
- Clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, which resets progress, coins, inventory, and settings.
- Uninstalling Brick Ball Puzzle, which removes the Game and its local data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. For Brick Ball Puzzle, gameplay data lives on your device, so the steps above are the practical way to delete it. Requests relating to ad-partner data should be directed to those partners or managed through your device and consent settings where available.
If you have emailed us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence by writing to info@venusapps.com.
15 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Brick Ball Puzzle’s features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
If we add features that collect new types of information — for example new ad partners, analytics, or real-money purchases — we will update this Policy to describe them before or when those features go live. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
