Last updated ยท August 31, 2026

Venusapps Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mobile applications, games, websites, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, and utility tools (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use our Services.

This policy is intended to apply generally across our products, including apps distributed through app stores, browser-based products, and related online services.

About CrownGrid (Queen Puzzle)

CrownGrid is a logic puzzle game for Android and iOS published by Venusapps Private Limited. The notes below describe how this app handles information in practice. Other Venusapps products may differ.

  • No account required. CrownGrid does not offer sign-in, registration, or cloud sync. You can play without creating an account.
  • Local storage. Game progress, settings, coins, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, and hint balances are stored on your device using local storage (Hive). We do not operate a CrownGrid user database or sync this data to our servers.
  • Virtual currency only. The in-game Shop uses coins earned through gameplay and achievements. CrownGrid does not sell real-money in-app purchases or subscriptions.
  • Advertising. CrownGrid displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads through Google AdMob and mediation partners (Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and InMobi). Ads are requested in non-personalized mode; we do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS for ad personalization.
  • No first-party analytics SDK. CrownGrid does not integrate a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Ad and mediation partners may still collect device and usage signals as described in their own privacy policies.
  • Feedback. If you choose “Send feedback” in Settings, your email app opens with device model, OS version, and app version prefilled. You control what you send.
  • Update checks. CrownGrid may query the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (public listing data only) to suggest when a newer version is available.
  • Reset progress. Settings includes “Reset all,” which deletes locally stored CrownGrid data on your device.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on the Service you use and the permissions you grant:

Information You Provide

  • Account details such as name, email address, username, or password, when you create an account or contact us.
  • Support communications, feedback, survey responses, and other content you voluntarily submit.
  • Purchase-related information necessary to process transactions (handled primarily by app stores or payment processors).

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (for example, device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, language, and time zone).
  • Usage data (for example, features used, session duration, crash logs, performance metrics, and in-app events).
  • Network and technical data (for example, IP address, browser type, and referral URLs) when you use our websites or online Services.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address or similar signals, where applicable.

Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication or profile information if you sign in through a third-party provider.
  • Transaction status and entitlement data from app stores or payment platforms.
  • Analytics, advertising, or attribution partners, subject to their own privacy practices and applicable law.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving our Services.
  • Personalizing content, features, and user experience.
  • Processing purchases, subscriptions, and related account entitlements.
  • Diagnosing bugs, analyzing performance, and ensuring technical stability and security.
  • Communicating with you about updates, support requests, and important service notices.
  • Measuring engagement and understanding how our Services are used.
  • Displaying advertisements where our Services include advertising.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms and policies.
  • Protecting the rights, safety, and property of users, the Company, and others.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate or interact with third-party platforms and tools, including app stores, cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising networks, and customer support platforms.

In CrownGrid, third-party integrations currently include:

These third parties may collect or receive information about you as described in their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party services you interact with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools to better understand how users interact with our Services. Analytics data may include device identifiers, usage events, session information, and crash or diagnostic reports.

This information helps us improve product quality, prioritize features, detect issues, and enhance performance. Where required by law, we will obtain appropriate consent before enabling certain analytics technologies.

Advertising

Some of our Services may display advertisements provided by us or by third-party advertising partners. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

You may be able to limit personalized advertising through your device settings, platform privacy controls (such as those provided by Apple or Google), or applicable consent management options. Opting out of personalized ads does not mean you will no longer see advertisements; you may still see non-personalized ads.

In-App Purchases

Certain Services may offer in-app purchases, virtual items, premium features, or subscriptions. Payments are typically processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other payment providers. CrownGrid does not currently offer real-money purchases or subscriptions; its Shop uses in-game coins earned through gameplay only.

We do not generally store full payment card details. Purchase confirmation, subscription status, and related entitlement data may be shared with us by the applicable store or payment provider solely as needed to deliver purchased content and manage your account.

Refunds and billing disputes are generally governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made, subject to applicable law.

Data Storage

Information may be stored on your device, on our servers, or on infrastructure operated by trusted service providers. Data may be processed and stored in locations outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, legal obligations, and operational needs.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and secure development practices.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), unless a specific product is expressly designed and labeled for children and complies with applicable children's privacy laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age threshold without appropriate parental consent where required. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

User Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law (including, where relevant, the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regulations), you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as:

  • The right to access personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • The right to restrict or object to certain processing activities.
  • The right to data portability, where applicable.
  • The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where those concepts apply under local law.

To exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details in the Contact Information section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or Services. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
