Power Grid ("we", "our", or "us") is published by Venusapps. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Power Grid mobile game and related services.
Power Grid stores game progress, settings, and achievements locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not require you to create an account to play. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.
Power Grid may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Those partners may collect device identifiers, usage data, and similar information to deliver and measure ads, subject to their own privacy policies.
We use stored game data to save your progress, restore in-progress levels, and remember your preferences such as sound settings. We use contact information only to respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, such as advertising partners, only as needed to provide those services.
Power Grid is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Emails you send us are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.
You can reset your game progress from within the app where available, or remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the app. You may also disable sound effects in Settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
