Venusapps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Pop or Die. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Pop or Die may collect and store the following types of information:

• Gameplay data — progress, scores, level completion, coins, achievements, and in-app settings stored on your device.
• Device and app data — basic technical information needed for ads, support, and app performance, such as device type, operating system, and app version.
• Advertising data — if ads are shown, our advertising partners may collect identifiers and interaction data as described in their own policies.
• Support data — if you contact us by email, your message may include information such as your device type, operating system version, and app version to help us troubleshoot issues.

Venusapps does not currently operate a separate third-party analytics SDK. Advertising partners may still collect usage and performance data related to ads under their own policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Save your game progress and preferences
• Improve gameplay, stability, and user experience
• Display advertisements and measure ad performance
• Check for optional app updates from the official app stores
• Respond to support requests

3. Local Storage

Much of your game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app may delete locally stored progress unless it has been backed up by your device or platform. Pop or Die does not require an account, and gameplay progress is not synced to Venusapps servers.

4. Network Requests

The app may make limited network requests to support features such as advertisements and an optional update check. The update check may contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store services to compare your installed version with the latest published version. These requests are used only to offer an optional update prompt and are not used to build a user profile.

5. Third-Party Services

Pop or Die may use third-party services that collect information according to their own privacy policies, including:

• Google AdMob — for banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising
• Unity Ads (via mediation) — for ad delivery and optimization
• InMobi (via mediation) — for ad delivery and optimization
• Meta Audience Network (via mediation) — for ad delivery and optimization

6. Advertising and Consent

Ads may be personalized based on your interests and device settings where permitted by law and platform policies. Where required, consent or privacy messaging may be presented by the advertising platform or your device. You can also manage ad personalization through your device settings, such as limiting ad tracking on iOS or opting out of personalized ads on Android.

7. International Transfers

Advertising and store partners may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the app, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations subject to applicable law and the partners' policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Pop or Die is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain records.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Adjust sound and gameplay settings inside the app
• Reset or delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app
• Control ad tracking and personalization through your device privacy settings
• Choose how much information to include when sending support or feedback emails
• Contact us with questions or requests regarding your information

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing such as personalized advertising where required by law (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, email info@venusapps.com. Because most gameplay data is stored only on your device, deleting the app or clearing app storage is often the fastest way to remove it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or in an updated version of this document. Continued use of Pop or Die after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
