Judgement Arena

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Venusapps Private Limited ("Venusapps", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game "Judgement Arena" (the "Game").

In short: Judgement Arena is an online multiplayer card game. To play with others it uses an anonymous identifier and a nickname you choose. We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or other personal information to play.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask you to create an account or sign in with personal details, and we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location through the Game.

We do not collect your email address through the Game itself. The only time we receive your email address is if you choose to contact us — for example, by using the "Feedback" or "Rate Us" options, which open your own email app or the store so you can write to us. See "Feedback and Support" below.

2. Online Multiplayer

The Game lets you create or join a room to play with other people. To provide this, the Game uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore).

When the Game first runs online, it creates an anonymous account through Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This produces a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity, and lets us keep your game session going without you signing in.

While you play, the Game shares your chosen nickname and the state of the game (such as bids, cards played, and scores) with the other players in your room so that play stays in sync. Your nickname is auto-generated and can be changed by you at any time; please do not include personal information in it.

This information is stored on Google Firebase servers and is visible to the other players in your room. It is tied to the anonymous identifier on your device; if you uninstall and reinstall the Game, a new identifier is created and previous data can no longer be linked to you. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own terms.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores certain information locally on your device so it can function, including your nickname and your preferences (for example your sound setting).

This information stays on your device. It is not accessible to us and is removed if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, unless your device or platform backs it up under your own settings.

4. Feedback and Support

If you choose to contact us through the "Feedback" option in the Game, the Game opens your device's own email app with a message addressed to us. To help us diagnose issues, the feedback message is pre-filled with basic technical details about your device — such as the device name and model, the operating-system version, and the Game's version. You can review and edit or delete any of this before sending, and no message is sent unless you send it yourself.

When you send such an email, we receive its contents along with your email address, and we use this solely to understand and respond to your feedback or support request. We do not use it for marketing.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google Firebase to provide online multiplayer, as described above. Google processes the relevant data on our behalf in accordance with its own privacy terms (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

The Game is distributed through platform stores, which may collect information about downloads in accordance with their own privacy policies. Any such collection is governed by those third parties, not by us.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Online play uses only an anonymous identifier and a nickname you choose, and we ask that nicknames not contain personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under applicable law. You can remove locally stored game data at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it.

To request deletion of the anonymous data associated with your device, contact us at the email below; because this data is not linked to your identity, we may ask for details such as your nickname to locate it. You can also remove the link to your past data at any time by uninstalling the Game, which causes a new anonymous identifier to be created.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information the Game handles. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make the revised Policy available within the Game.
