These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Four Fall mobile game (the "Game"), operated by Venusapps Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Game only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
3. The Game
Four Fall is a disc-dropping puzzle game that may include:
- Single-player matches versus the computer.
- Local two-player play on the same device.
- Online multiplayer rooms over the internet.
- Optional in-game voice chat during online matches.
- Advertising that helps support the Game.
Features may vary by platform, region, device capability, and app version. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools or modifications to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players, including through display names, avatars, voice chat, or other in-game behavior.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our servers, multiplayer services, or voice services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except as permitted by law.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content you provide, such as your display name, avatar selection, and anything you say in voice chat. You must not use names, content, or speech that are offensive, infringing, harassing, or unlawful. We may remove content or restrict access for accounts or devices that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its design, graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks, is owned by Venusapps Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
7. Online Multiplayer and Voice Chat
Online features rely on third-party services (including Google Firebase for rooms and authentication, and LiveKit for voice chat) and an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of multiplayer or voice features and may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time.
Voice chat is optional, requires microphone permission, and is intended for communication with your match opponent. Do not share sensitive personal information over voice chat. Service interruptions, outages, regional restrictions, or provider policy changes may affect availability or functionality of parts of the Game.
8. Advertising
The Game may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and mediation partners. Ads help support continued development of the Game. Third-party ad networks may collect or receive certain device and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy. Ad availability and content are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Game, you acknowledge that policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venusapps Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
12. Enforcement and Moderation
To keep the Game fair and safe, we may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable enforcement actions, including warnings, feature restrictions (including voice or multiplayer), content removal, room/session interruption, or account/device level restrictions where appropriate.
You agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations related to abuse, cheating, fraud, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
