This Privacy Policy explains how Venusapps Private Limited ("Venusapps", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game "Color Maze Pro" (the "Game").

In short: Color Maze Pro is a single-player game whose progress is stored on your device. It includes one optional online feature the leaderboard which uses an anonymous identifier along with the nickname and scores you submit. The Game also shows advertisements. We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or other personal information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask you to create an account or sign in with personal details, and we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location through the Game.

We do not collect your email address through the Game itself. The only time we receive your email address is if you choose to contact us for example, by using the "Feedback" or "Rate Color Maze Pro" options, which open your own email app so you can write to us. See "Feedback and Support" below.

2. Leaderboard (Optional Online Feature)

The Game includes a leaderboard that lets you compare your total coins earned with other players. To provide it, the Game uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore).

When the Game first runs, it creates an anonymous account through Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This produces a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity, and lets us recognise your entries without you signing in.

As you play, the Game submits your total coins earned and your chosen nickname to the leaderboard so your ranking can be shown to other players. Your nickname is auto-generated and can be changed by you at any time in Settings; please do not include personal information in it.

This information is stored on Google Firebase servers and is visible to other players as part of the public leaderboard. It is tied to the anonymous identifier on your device; if you uninstall and reinstall the Game, a new identifier is created and previous entries can no longer be linked to you. To request deletion of leaderboard data, contact us using the details below. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own terms.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores certain information locally on your device so it can function, including your level progress, your coins and in-game statistics, your unlocked ball skins and themes, your nickname, and your preferences (for example sound, music, and vibration).

This information stays on your device. It is not accessible to us and is removed if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, unless your device or platform backs it up under your own settings.

4. Advertising

The Game shows advertisements, including banner ads and occasional full-screen ads, provided through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, and general usage and interaction data.

This data is processed by Google in accordance with its own policies. You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also limit ads personalisation through your device settings for example, by resetting or turning off your advertising identifier in your Android or iOS settings.

5. Purchases

If the Game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are handled entirely by the applicable platform store (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment details. Please review the privacy policy of the relevant store for information about how it processes your payment data.

6. Feedback and Support

If you choose to contact us through the "Feedback" or "Rate Color Maze Pro" options in the Game, the Game opens your device's own email app with a message addressed to us. To help us diagnose issues, the feedback message is pre-filled with basic technical details about your device such as the device name and model, the operating-system version, and the Game's version. You can review and edit or delete any of this before sending, and no message is sent unless you send it yourself.

When you send such an email, we receive its contents along with your email address, and we use this solely to understand and respond to your feedback or support request. We do not use it for marketing.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google Firebase to provide the leaderboard, and Google AdMob to show advertisements, as described above. Google processes the relevant data on our behalf, or as a third party, in accordance with its own privacy terms (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The Game is distributed through platform stores, which may collect information about downloads and purchases in accordance with their own privacy policies. Any such collection is governed by those third parties, not by us.

8. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The leaderboard uses only an anonymous identifier and a nickname you choose, and we ask that nicknames not contain personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under applicable law. You can remove locally stored game data at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it.

To request deletion of the anonymous leaderboard data associated with your device, contact us at the email below; because this data is not linked to your identity, we may ask for details such as your nickname to locate it. You can also remove the link to your past entries at any time by uninstalling the Game, which causes a new anonymous identifier to be created.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information the Game handles. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make the revised Policy available within the Game.
