Arrow Escape
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Venusapps Private Limited ("Venusapps", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game "Arrow Escape" (the "Game").
In short: Arrow Escape is a single-player game whose progress is stored on your device. It includes one optional online feature — leaderboards — which use an anonymous identifier along with the nickname and scores you submit. We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or other personal information.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask you to create an account or sign in with personal details, and we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location through the Game.
We do not collect your email address through the Game itself. The only time we receive your email address is if you choose to contact us — for example, by using the "Give feedback" or "Rate us" options, which open your own email app so you can write to us. See "Feedback and Support" below.
2. Leaderboards (Optional Online Feature)
The Game includes leaderboards that let you compare your scores with other players. To provide them, the Game uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore).
When the Game first runs, it creates an anonymous account through Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This produces a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity, and lets us recognise your entries without you signing in.
When you complete a level or daily challenge, the Game submits your score and your chosen nickname to the leaderboards so your ranking can be shown to other players. There are separate boards for the Daily Challenge and for normal levels, each ranked by score over different periods (daily, weekly, and all-time). Your nickname is auto-generated and can be changed by you at any time in Settings; please do not include personal information in it.
This information is stored on Google Firebase servers and is visible to other players as part of the public leaderboard. It is tied to the anonymous identifier on your device; if you uninstall and reinstall the Game, a new identifier is created and previous entries can no longer be linked to you. To request deletion of leaderboard data, contact us using the details below. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own terms.
3. Advertising
The Game shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch to earn in-game rewards (such as extra hints or lives).
To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and related device and usage information. This data is processed by Google as a third party under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
The Game stores certain information locally on your device so it can function, including your level progress, in-game statistics such as completed levels, your daily-challenge history and streak, your daily login-reward history, your nickname, and your preferences (for example sound, haptics, dark mode, and language).
This information stays on your device. It is not accessible to us and is removed if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, unless your device or platform backs it up under your own settings.
5. Purchases
If the Game offers in-app purchases, those transactions are handled entirely by the applicable platform store (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment details. Please review the privacy policy of the relevant store for information about how it processes your payment data.
6. Feedback and Support
If you choose to contact us through the "Give feedback" or "Rate us" options in the Game, the Game opens your device's own email app with a message addressed to us. To help us diagnose issues, the feedback message is pre-filled with basic technical details about your device — such as the device name and model, the operating-system version, and the Game's version. You can review and edit or delete any of this before sending, and no message is sent unless you send it yourself.
When you send such an email, we receive its contents along with your email address, and we use this solely to understand and respond to your feedback or support request. We do not use it for marketing.
7. Third-Party Services
The Game uses Google Firebase to provide the leaderboards and Google AdMob to provide advertising, as described above. Google processes the relevant data on our behalf, or as a third party, in accordance with its own privacy terms.
The Game is distributed through platform stores, which may collect information about downloads and purchases in accordance with their own privacy policies. Any such collection is governed by those third parties, not by us.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The leaderboard uses only an anonymous identifier and a nickname you choose, and we ask that nicknames not contain personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under applicable law. You can remove locally stored game data at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it.
To request deletion of the anonymous leaderboard data associated with your device, contact us at the email below; because this data is not linked to your identity, we may ask for details such as your nickname to locate it. You can also remove the link to your past entries at any time by uninstalling the Game, which causes a new anonymous identifier to be created.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make the revised Policy available within the Game.
